By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility:
1.1To register as a Member of biya.org.in/ or Biyamatrimony.com, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India. You must be 18 years old for girls and 21 years for boys as per the law of India to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

User Conduct:

Modification of Terms:

Refund and Assignment
12.1 The payments made by any member, by way of membership / renewal fee / auto renewal/ during register are treated as non-refundable.
12.2 Biya member shall not assign or transfer your membership to any other person or entity, and such an act shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions and biya Matrimony shall retain their right under, this terms and conditions.
12.3 Payment once made for Biya matrimony services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company.
Membership Package
13.1 Single membership packages of yearly and half yearly while upgrading
13.2 User can register for free for First time use for at least 30days
13.3 The members of the package is for one year, and six months, members can receive Personalized Messages, chats, connect to interest send / receive.
Mode of Payment:
14.1 Payment made by cash / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card/ UPI / would be in accordance with the prevailing RBI guidelines. Activation of paid Biyamatrimony.com service shall be subject to realization of the said payment.
14.2 Biyamatrimony.com uses third party payment gateways for collection payment through credit/debit card or other payment instruments. You agree to provide us with your Permanent Account Number / Form 60/61 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules there under in the event you choose any paid package of MCL, the value of such paid package being Rs.2,00,000/- [Rupees Two Lakhs Only] and above from CL.
14.3 You agree to provide us with your Permanent Account Number / Form 60/61 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules there under in the event you choose any paid package of MCL, the value of such paid package being Rs.2,00,000/- [Rupees Two Lakh Only] and above from MCL.
Other:
15.1By becoming a Member of the Biya.org.in/ or Biyamatrimony.com service, you agree to receive certain specific email from Biya.org.in/ or Biyamatrimony.com and its App. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason quickly and easily by clicking on the unsubscribe link enclosed in the mail. You can also manage your subscription to these emails using the My Alert Manager option.
15.2This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Biya.org.in/ or Biyamatrimony.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and biya.org.in regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
15.3 By becoming a member of Biya.org.in/ or Biyamatrimony.com using the Services of the Site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them. If you are not agreeing to any of the above terms and conditions please refrain yourself from registering on the Site.
